Guerrilla info (judge for yourself the veracity of it) from Iraqi Baathists/nationalists .  It includes blow by blow lists of attacks (compiled by the Free Arab Voice) on US troops/Iraqi policemen (here is an example of January 5-7).

Amazon has a one-click campaign contribution service.  How about letting webloggers contribute their Amazon affiliate income to a candidate up to $200?  If you need to buy a book, all you would need to do is find a supporter's weblog that hasn't hit the limit.

NY Post.  I think Dick Morris is right on this one.  Dick Morris is great because he is right more often than not.

My bet is that Edwards surges and finishes second in New Hampshire, too. Then we proceed to the big states five weeks later - New York, Texas, California and Ohio all vote on the same day in this front-loaded process. Edwards and Kerry will slug it out and the winner is anybody's guess. Can Bush beat Kerry? Not as easily as he could defeat Dean, but he likely can. Kerry is ultimately a reincarnation of Mike Dukakis as the candidate from the People's Republic of Massachusetts. His liberalism places him beyond the pale of most American voters.  Edwards would be a tougher sell. While his trial-lawyer campaign contributions will likely rise up to bite him as the race progresses, he is a canny politician with a captivating manner and a trial lawyer's sense of how to appeal to the voters. If he wins, Bush is in for a fight.

BBC.  5 more US soldiers were killed today (509 total).  There is no evidence based on the death toll that this conflict is slowing down.  In contrast, it looks like the guerrilla groups fighting this conflict have crossed the chasm of the vulnerable start-up phase.

Hitachi Microdrives and the digicams that support them (at 4 GB, this is very cool).  They are only now starting to ship in volume ($499 a pop).
