New Post to Global Guerrillas: Iraq's Electricity Disruption  Global guerrillas have been able to hold electricity production in Iraq to less than prewar levels.  This has had a major impact on the country's economics, security, and governmental legitimacy.  If this continues, it may spell disaster for the current interim government.  2:32:37 PM    Comment_ Trackback []
