It looks like we are still arresting potential terrorists on the spot rather than watching them.

The debate on the future of the CIA and FBI continues.  Unfortunately, these insular and inbred agencies can't be reformed by the introduction of new technology or reshuffling the deck chairs of our centralized intelligence Titanic.  As security customers, we need to demand better quality product!  Note that not one person was fired since 9/11 other than whistleblowers.  Nobody new was brought in.  The reporting relationships haven't changed.  Instead, budgets are going through the roof and they continue to produce amazingly bad product

Kirkuk oil pipeline was attacked again by GGs.  Exports via the north were stopped again.  Company fire chief Issa Ahmed said firefighters had been sent to tackle the blaze which had engulfed the sabotaged section of the pipeline, adding that American soldiers and Iraqi security forces had cordoned off the area.  Additionally, one of the two major southern pipelines was attacked by simply drilling holes in the line.  Pools of oil formed around the holes in the line (which may have been siphoned off for local resale on the black market).
