Ed Cone is tracking the media play of the Sy Hersh speech at the ACLU convention (if you get a chance listen to it). If you haven't been following this, Sy cracked the Abu Ghraib story. His contacts in the Pentagon and the CIA confirm that the cell strength of global guerrillas in Iraq has gone from the lower limit of 1-3 people to the upper of 10-15 (growth) -- and the military still doesn't know anything about them. Also, disaffection in the Pentagon is rife.

Thanks Adina! And it's about using the access we have to to get more sources of media. John Robb does a much better job of covering international terrorism in Global Guerrillas than the mainstream press.
