Ross is in a bind. The market for Wikis isn't even a flyspeck yet and he is spending a ton of time educating his prospects on the basics only to see them fly out the door. Further, there is also open source and "similar" functionality from major coporate products to contend with.
I do think there will be a market for Wikis (and Wiki appliances), however I suspect that it is still two to three years out before it generates sufficient revenue to support a company or two. I hope Ross can hold on until then and find a good home for his company. If not, he should at least keep his weblog.
