AI.  Russia creates an internal guerrilla network through its mishandling of Chechen refugees scattered throughout the country.  Add a new form of warfare and Russia will be in real trouble.  Some 150,000 Chechens, who have fled two conflicts in the past decade, are scattered across Russia, according to the independent Geneva-based body. They include 43,000 in neighboring Ingushetia where authorities closed the last of six tented camps last June (1).  Could we see a situation where a million plus Sunni Iraqis are displaced to Syria, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia?

WT.  This article echos my earlier analysis.  Iraq's military forces are dependent on the participation of the Kurds (and more generally, a dependence on Kurdish paramilitaries).

An example of breathing your own exhaust: the so-called blog business summit.  Just silly.
